When we first viewed the property we knew it was going to be a project for us and could see the potential to create a beautiful cottage. The whole house now has a very welcoming feel. We will miss the peace and quiet, the cosy atmosphere, and the local parks and walks. The sitting room is definitely a favourite room in the home, with lots of character and log burner which is extremely cosy. We have enjoyed relaxing in the garden on warm days, having barbecues and enjoying the peacefulness. The garden room is great to find some shade on a hot and sunny day. The location is fabulous as we are surrounded by countryside. We have transformed this cottage from a dull property into a bright, airy, and cosy family home. We have done so many improvements and have thoroughly enjoyed restoring this lovely home.

STEP INSIDE The immense character here at Mill House is apparent from the off and is a feast for the eyes! You can see the love and time that has been put into making this a warm and welcoming family home. Stepping into the property from the pretty front garden there is a lobby with doors to the formal sitting room and to the dining room. This method of auction requires both parties to complete the transaction within 56 days of the draft contract for sale being received by the buyers solicitor. This additional time allows buyers to proceed with mortgage finance (subject to lending criteria, affordability and survey).

The buyer is required to sign a reservation agreement and make payment of a non-refundable Reservation Fee. This property is sold subject to payment of a non-refundable reservation fee of 4.20% to a minimum of £6,000.00 including VAT.
